We were asked to investigate a leak in the residents bedroom. The drone was sent up to the roof, where we discovered that a roof light had been poorly installed. The resident was relieved that this was the only problem on this three storey property, and repairs were organised promptly.

The resident reported a small leak to her property. We investigated with a drone, and found a missing slate tile, and a broken tile close together. A roofer repaired the roof quickly and without the need for scaffold, saving the resident a lot of money.

A client wanted a quick check on their chimney, to check everything was in a good state of repair. High definition photographs were supplied, and the client was happy with our findings.

A block of flats had water ingress to the top floor. We sent our drone up for a roof inspection, and discovered a missing vent cap, exactly where the leak was. A small scaffold was erected, and the vent cap replaced.

We were asked to carry out an inspection for solar roof panels at a property in Wimbledon. We were glad to report all panels were in good order!

A client requested photographs of their living roof. We sent the drone up, and captured how the roof has matured.
